Chapter 01
Twelve categories, one counter
Chemicals, personal hygiene, safety, and storage and material handling sit on one side of the warehouse. Mops, brooms and brushes, floor and carpet care, and facility maintenance items sit on another. Those are the categories a building actually runs on, and they are the ones we get asked for most from the counter.
The other half of the aisle is what gets thrown away or dispensed: paper and dispensers, bags and can liners, foodservice disposables, odor control and waste receptacles. We have carried all twelve categories out of 206 E Waters Ave since 1981, which is long enough to know which items a Tampa building runs through fast and which ones sit on the shelf.
A customer usually only needs three or four of these categories at once. We will tell you which ones instead of running you through all twelve, and if you place an order with those programs that place orders on your behalf, we fill exactly what the account calls for.

Free delivery, and what next day actually means
We deliver free across Tampa, and we pick items up again if something needs to go back. Pam Palmer, who has ordered from us for twenty years, put it plainly: "They supply all of our essential needs to keep the shop running. No hassle ordering and next day delivery."
Next day delivery means an order placed today is on your shelf tomorrow, not somewhere in a shipping queue. That matters most for the items nobody notices until they run out: hand soap, can liners, restroom paper. A building that stays stocked never has that conversation with its staff.
We also take returns as needed. Call it wrong, order too much, or change a brand, and we come back to you and pick it up rather than making you box it and ship it yourself.
Chapter 03
The brands on the shelf, and the mats we make ourselves
We are a Fuller distributor, and we also carry Dart, Clorox, Claire, Zep and Procter and Gamble, among others. Those are the names a facility manager already trusts, stocked at a Tampa counter instead of a national warehouse three states away.
Custom branded logo mats are our own specialty rather than something we resell. Walk into our showroom and the entrance mat under your feet says CLEAN SWEEP, made the same way we would make one for your lobby.
