Emptying waste baskets, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms. That is the core list, and we run it daily, weekly, or as needed depending on how the building is used.
We work office space, warehouses, manufacturing plants, financial institutions, medical facilities, entertainment facilities and stadiums. A bank branch and a warehouse floor do not need the same schedule, and we set the crew's route around what the space actually sees.
We are licensed and insured for all of it, which the account managers we work with in Tampa tend to ask about before anything else.

A crew that only shows up after close cannot handle a spill at 2pm or a restroom that needs attention mid-shift. Day porter cover is a person on site during business hours to catch exactly that.

Disinfecting as its own discipline
Disinfecting a restroom or a break room is not the same task as mopping it. It is a separate step, done with its own products and its own dwell time, and skipping the wait is the most common way a disinfecting pass gets shortchanged without anyone noticing.
We treat it as a discipline our crews are trained on, not a word added to a cleaning quote to make it sound more thorough. Consistency is the whole point: the same method, run the same way, on the same schedule, every time a crew is on your site.
